When it ends you keep read access to your data for a short grace period so nothing is lost, but you will need a paid plan to keep working. Starter lifts the limits on the core delivery loop; Pro adds finance, reports and HR. We never charge you automatically.
Plans start at 3 seats. Above that you add seats one at a time and pay only for what you use — see the plan cards above for the current per-seat price.
Yes — contact us and we'll prorate any unused time on your current cycle and move you to annual billing immediately.
By bank transfer against an invoice we issue. We do not take card payments, so you are never charged automatically and nothing renews without you deciding to.
